Please note: For any open amount, you will receive a voucher code. You can pay with the code next time you are ordering at any shop of Lo-Fi Merchandise. For any questions please don't hesitate to contact mailorder@lo-fi-merchandise.com

If an order returns to us because it was unclaimed or because of any other reasons, the order will be stored 3 months. We will notice you at least 3 times in these periode that the order is ready to be re-sent. If we won't be noticed within these 3 months, the order will be cancelled automatically. We will send you a voucher code over the amount of the goods.

Terms and conditions of use

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site (www.lo-fi-merchandise.com). We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

If we experience problems with fulfilling an order we will email the customer with details of the problem and offer an alternative if necessary we may re-process the order to resolve issues that may arise at the point of ordering.

Special offers only while stocks last.

The ordered goods remain property of Lo-Fi merchandise until the complete payment.

Shippings

1. Delivery will be processed by the German post (or DHL) and the respective delivery services abroad. Delivery times depend on the destination country.

Average delivery time posted by German Post:

Germany: 1-2 working days

Europe: 3 to 4 working days

World: up to 10 working days or longer, depending on customs.

2. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically in our shop system. Prices are calculated to the best of our knowledge and belief. Please note that the shipping costs include all additional costs due to the ordering process, like packing, possible credit card fees, handling charges.
3. If a product should be out of stock, we will inform the costumer immediately via e-mail.

Return policy

Customers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason (e.g. via e-mail, fax, letter). The cooling off period begins as soon as this policy has been read for 14 days.

Goods will be refunded or exchanged for different sizes/designs/products (providing they are the same price as the goods being returned), as long as we are informed of the action required by the customer/receive the items within the timeframe stated above.

The purchase contract will be cancelled, upon return of the goods. Payments in advance will be refunded within 14 days via bank transfer. Please send your bank details with IBAN and Swift Code - avoiding high bank fees - to mailorder@lo-fi-merchandise.com. The consumer shall be liable for any decrease of value if such decrease is not solely due to an inspection of the ordered goods in a manner the customer could have performed in a shop. By refrainig from using the items, the consumer may avoid said decrease.

Please send returns to one of the addresses below. Please send the returning goods STAMPED, UNWASHED and NOT WORN. If the reason of the return is due to our mistake (sending the wrong item, sending a damaged item), we will refund you for the extra shipping costs. Otherwise the additional shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Minor color deviation of the items will not be accepted as a defect.

Please include a note stating your name, order number, email address and what action you require us to take. You will be notified via email when we receive the goods.

Payment / Prices

The amount of the order and the additional handling fees are due after the complete order process has been done. The order will be sent out after we have received the money.

TAX

All prices shown include the German VAT of 19%. Lo-Fi merchandise is obliged to add 19% to all merchandise items for orders within the European Union and Germany.

For orders outside of the European Union (Norway, Switzerland, all countries outside Europe) the amount will be without 19% German tax. Lo-Fi Merchandise will prepare all necessary custom documents. Customs and any fees charged by customs are completly out of Lo-Fi´s responsibilty and are depending of each country and their tax and import law.

Credit Card

Should you choose to pay through credit card, the amount will be charged the day after the merchandise has been ordered. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. On this we need following details: credit card owner, card number, expiry date and CCV Code. 3-D secure code, just if you credit card is already activated for this process! You can find the CCV Code on your

-          VISA or Mastercard on the back of the card written on the signature field (last 3 numbers)

-          American Express on the front, right above the imprinting (4 numbers)

We are handling credit cards over a highstandard secured sytem by OGONE (PaymentServiceProvider). Credit card details are not safed at any time and will be asked again for future orders.

3-D Secure Code: means, that credit card owner use a personal password/PIN on top for his credit card for e-commerce platforms. 3-D Secure is the highest security standard certified by VISA and MASTERCARD. If card allows 3-D secure it is possible to activate 3-D during payment process - in this case only once (!) date of birth will be asked for verifying credit card holder. This password really makes sure that no one else can use credit card details without acception of credit card owner.

ATTENTION: The credit card owner must be identical with the customer! If credit card holder is not identical with ordering person please send confirmation - signed by credit card holder - that he agrees chargement of his credit card for that order. PayPal

Paypal is a secured payment system. Credit card details never given to retailer. This payment method offers different ways of payment: via credit card, money wire or giropay. No extra fees charged.

Protection of data privacy

The personal data provided to us for the online order will be used solely for the processing and concluding of our contract. German Post / DHL handles our shipping, and they obtain only the data necessary to deliver the goods ordered. Due to fiscal reasons we must keep a record of your data, but it is sealed upon completion of the contract and will not be used again in any way. We delete your data if you do not consent to its processing and use. In this case you may view, modify and delete the stored data. You may revoke your consent at any time.

For the following activities we need your consent to save your personal data. We shall ask you to provide your consent at some point.

If individual stipulations in these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, this shall not affect the remaining Terms and Conditions.

In general, we do not keep records of orders. We therefore strongly recommend you to save all the documents and messages you receive from us.

Export deliveries outside of the European Union are tax-exempted according to existing German law §4 Nr. 1a UStG i.V. mit §6 UStG Abs.1, 2.

All agreements shall be governed by German law.
