Silk-screen printing

Is the most effective and qualitatively highest printing method. Your design/logo will be printed on a film in its negative version. The film will then be transferred onto a very fine grid. After the screen is ready the color will be “squeegeed” over the screen and applied to the textile.

Screen printing is a complex method, that’s why there’s a minimum quantity of 50 pieces.

We need a file (psd, eps, tiff, jpg, ai, pdf) of your logo in min. 300dpi, adding your preferences for the T-Shirt colour, brand (see below) and the position of the design on the shirt.

There are several methods in screen printing:

  • oversize: you have the possiblity to print over zips, pockets and stitchings
  • discharge: color will be dyed on the textile to create a vintage look and a soft feeling of the print
  • inside-out: textiles are printed inside to give outside a vintage look - recommended for bright textiles

Transfer printing

With this method your logo is going to be printed on a transfer film which will be pressed onto the desired product under very great heat. The White of the product (or heather grey) will be the base layer on which the colors of the print will appear. The white areas of the design won’t be printed! That’s why IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO PRINT COLORED MATERIAL with this printing method.

CAUTION: there’s no guarantee for the accuracy of the colors! Print might fade after several washings

Flex printing

Flex is pretty similar to Transfer. The logo will be cut out of a special film and pressed on the product under high pressure and heat. The difference to transfer print is the variability of basements – it’s possible to print on almost all colors.

CAUTION: Print might fade after several washings

Flock

Flock is similar to flex – the logo will be cut out a velvet material and pressed onto the product under pressure and heat. The velvet gives the logo a special and precious style.

CAUTION: Washing under high temperature can destroy the velvet.
